Fellowship Award

Congratulations to our Practice Manager, Agnes Ramsay, who has successfully completed Fellowship of the Institute of Health Management (IHM).

FBA (Fellowship by Assessment) is a process designed to assess the knowledge, skills and understanding needed to organise and manage general medical practices to enable the delivery of high quality patient care. The assessment is aimed at the individual manager rather than at the practice, although it is recognised that a significant number of the criteria assess the practice in addition to the manager.
