Job Vacancy: Practice Nurse

Part-time (20 hours per week): Monday to Friday

We are seeking to appoint an experienced practice nurse to join our progressive nursing team in providing high quality nursing care to our patient population in Perth and Scone.

The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with 2 years post registration experience, and able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of chronic disease management and screening. The ability to work within an extended primary care health team and with good interpersonal skills will be an advantage.

Ideally you should be motivated, committed, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and comfortable using information technology.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
