Job Vacancy: Practice Nurse

(Part-time: 29 hours)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic nursing team in the delivery of high quality care to our patients in two sites (Perth and Scone).

The ideal candidate will preferably have a sound knowledge of chronic disease management, including asthma and diabetes, and be an effective team player.
