Repeat Prescriptions

If the doctor decides to put your medication on the repeat prescribing system, you will be issued with a computer slip giving details of your drugs. Please use this slip at all times to re-order your medication.

You can hand in your re-order slip to the surgery using the prescription box situated at the reception desk. Alternatively you can telephone the prescription line on 643454 (Taymount) or 565059 (Scone) and leave a recorded message of your requirements. Prescriptions ordered before 2.00 pm will be available for collection after 4.00 pm the following day.

If you would prefer to re-order your medication online, complete the online Repeat Medication Request Form. All the information you need to complete this form can be found on the computerised re-order slip.

Many of the local pharmacies are now offering a collection and delivery service. If you would like to register for this service, please speak to your preferred pharmacy and they will make the necessary arrangements.

• This service is only for patients ordering repeat prescriptions agreed with the doctor.
• Only items showing on the repeat prescription slip can be ordered. If you require other medication you should discuss this with the doctor in the first instance.
