Advanced Practitioners (Multiple Positions)
AfC Band 6 or 7 equivalent
We are looking to create a team of Advanced Practitioners to join and complement our dynamic and forward thinking healthcare team at Perth & Scone Medical Group. The posts will be spread over both of our surgery sites at Taymount Surgery in Perth and Scone Surgery in the village of Scone.
The practice is actively seeking to recruit experienced Advanced Practitioners but as a long standing GP practice we also have the in-house capacity and supportive environment required to develop and mentor a lesser experienced practitioner who may be looking to expand their current skills and broaden their knowledge further.
- List size approximately 15000 over both sites
- 10 GP Partners + 1 Salaried GP (8.25 WTE)
- Modern purpose built premises
- Vision, Docman and Lexacom clinical systems
- Long established Training Practice (GP Specialty & Foundation trainees as well as medical students)
- Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Excellent Practice Nursing team
- Extended Multi-disciplinary team including District Nurses, Health Visitors, First Contact Point Physiotherapy, Mental Health & Wellbeing Nurse, Listening Service and Community Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Highly skilled and friendly Management & Administrative team
Start date: Negotiable. Interviews – likely March 2020.
