General Practice Nurse
General Practice Nurse, 18 hours weekly (2 full days)
As a result of a planned expansion of our Practice Nursing team, an opportunity has arisen at the practice for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join us.
We are large and very well established training practice, who deliver General Medical Services to a population of 16720 patients across Perth City, the village of Scone and also other neighbouring villages from 2 purpose built practice premises (Taymount & Scone Surgeries).
The successful candidate will be expected to work within a General Practice Nursing team of five, to provide a very high standard of nursing care to patients. The main duties for this post will include the routine management of Long Term Conditions, Cervical Screening, Health Promotion and Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare.
Previous General Practice Nursing or nursing within a similar Primary Care setting would be advantageous for this role.
