We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant as we expand our practice team at Perth & Scone Medical Group. Applications close on Friday 29 October 2021.
Patients who are eligible for a booster dose of the Covid vaccination will be invited to attend for this in the coming weeks. This vaccination will not be carried out in the practice setting and will take place at a central location.
The campaign this year will be split into 2 main groups of patients. In the practice, we will be able to offer vaccination to any patient who is aged 70 and over (as at 1/9/2021) and patients aged between 18 & 69 (as at 1/9/2021) and considered to be Clinically Extremely Vulnerable or were previously asked to shield as part of Coronavirus restrictions.
We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant to expand our busy team. The post will be Monday to Friday (over 5 days) and the flexibility to work the contracted hours at variable times during the practice opening hours of 7.45 – 6.00pm will be an essential requirement. Applications close on Wednesday 28 July 2021.
We are currently looking to expand the team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) and are seeking full-time or part-time candidates. The closing date for applications is Monday 7 June 2021.

We've now started on the next cohort of Covid-19 vaccinations, and will be contacting patients in the 70-79 age group over the next couple of weeks, working backwards chronologically.
We are delighted to advise that the practice has taken delivery of vaccines. We will be writing out to patients in the 80 years and over age group in the coming days to formally invite them to contact us to book in at the practice at this time, if they would like to have the vaccination.
We have now commenced Covid-19 vaccination at the practice and, over the next few months, we will be inviting eligible patients to book at the practice or into external clinics for this welcome vaccination. To begin with, supplies may come in slowly but we would expect this to change as time goes on.
